Deposit, Payment & Cancelation policy

This is a reminder that if you are booked and cancel, most likely we will not be able to fill the dates.

Deposit:

• A Deposit of $50 is required for all bookings.
• 1/2 of payment due first day of stay and 1/2 the day you return.

Cancelation policy: 

• 1 month before $50
• 2 weeks before $75
• 1 week before or less $100
